the staff is friendly and helpful. the leisure facilities were a big hit with the kids. the breakfast has a wide variety of choices (especially i liked that it was fresh!).
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the hallway carpets.

the staff were friendly and efficient i found the bar food excellent.
the room i was given on arrival was old and had stains on the seats and carpet i could visibly see the beds were disfigured from age and use the mattresses were so old i could feel the springs.

poor tv signalregulated temperature
The room felt outdated. The tv signal was poor. Most channels showed no signal at all. I also found it DIFFICULT to regulate the temperature, with the heating seemingly on a timer (at 3 pm i was freezing, at 7 pm boiling).

i found the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast offered lots of great choices and big servings. i especially loved the updated restaurant area and the fresh feel of the new lounge at reception.
The hotel served underage kids too much alcohol and they ran down the hall while i tried to sleep. the bed was not comfy either. the burger was pink. It tasted bland.

the leisure center looked very inviting. the bar seemed to have a great atmosphere for relaxation. the pool area features a well-kept sauna and jacuzzi, perfect after a long day of travel.

the food in the pub was really great and i liked the music. the leisure centre have nice facilities, i enjoyed it.
the bar staff are inexperienced and dont have many people skills. they try to overcharge me twice, annoying. the matress was very uncomfortable and i wake up with a sore back
